As the foot flattens out on the ground, the supporting tissues that run along the bottom of the foot (the plantar fascia) are stretched. If these forces are excessive they can lead to stress and inflammation of the tissues, causing pain under the heel when weight is placed on the foot.

If any discomfort occurs, remove the orthotics for one to two hours, then wear again, and continue until comfortable. If pain persists, discontinue use and consult professional advice. For best results, replace the product every 12 months.
Cleaning: To clean, simply wipe with a warm soapy cloth (do not soak).
